WHAT IS HOSPICE
HOSPICE is a special concept of care designed to provide comfort and support to patients and their families when a life-limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatments.

At Abbey Road Hospice, at-home hospice is a care option for the elderly or terminally ill that provides care services in a comfortable and familiar environment. The goal of at-home hospice is to provide comfort and dignity to patients in their final days. Our care team can provide round-the-clock care, with nurses, social workers, chaplains, and other professionals that specialize in end-of-life care. The hospice team will also work with the patient’s family and loved ones by providing counseling, assistance with finances, and support.

The goal of our hospice home care program is to provide comfort and dignity during the end of our patient’s life journey. Spending time surrounded by loved ones and community members will bring them peace and remove the burden and worry that comes from medical facilities.
