What sets Abbey Road Hospice apart is our commitment to offering the highest level of patient care. Our employee enrichment programs are intended to filter out the non-caregivers and reduce turnover. Employees work closely with the patient's family and doctors to ensure the best possible assistance is given to make the patient's life comfortable. All Abbey Road staff members are required to be involved in regular community service projects. This ensures that they are giving back to the community and will develop not only compassion for their patients but also a passion for their work.

Employees also develop an international focus by traveling throughout the world to places such as Central America. They are able to train and offer thier services for people who are less privileged. This puts their work into great perspective. Through these experiences, employees are able to fully understand the true quality and care every patient deserves.
